Origin: Ethiopia, Brazil
Notes: Intense Cacao, Almond, Creamy Body
The Story:
Crafted for the traditional Turkish brewing method, this coffee offers a bold yet refined flavor experience. This post blend brings together two exceptional origins:
In the cup, expect intense cacao, almond, and a creamy, smooth body—perfectly suited to the thick, rich texture of Turkish coffee. The ultra-fine grind and slow brew reveal depth and clarity in every sip, with a lasting, creamy finish.
Rub’ Al Khali, or “The Empty Quarter,” is one of the largest continuous sand deserts in the world. Located in the southern Arabian Peninsula, it stretches across Saudi Arabia, Oman, the UAE, and Yemen. Known for its vast, untouched dunes and haunting beauty, it represents silence, mystery, and endurance.
At Arriyadh Roaster, we chose this name as a tribute to the Kingdom’s iconic landscape—a reminder of nature’s grandeur and the richness that can arise from the most unexpected places. Like the desert, this coffee is intense, layered, and memorable.
Recipe:
1. Add 1 spoon of coffee into the Turkish Coffee pot.
2. Add 60ml of cold water and stir well.
3. Heat the coffee slowly until the coffee begins to foam and rise.
4. When the foam rises (before it boils over), remove from heat and enjoy your delicious coffee.
